Charles joined IP Group in April 2007 to manage investments in Top Technology Ventures, the Group’s venture capital fund management subsidiary. Previously Charles was Vice President Technology Infrastructure at JPMorgan Chase & Co, where he worked in a variety of roles in London, New York and Brussels, and Investment Manager at Axiomlab, an AIM-listed early stage investment specialist. Charles is a CFA charterholder, has an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley and a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol. Charles was appointed to the IP Group board in 2011.
