IP Group plc: Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of IP Group plc was held earlier today. All of the resolutions proposed at the annual general meeting were duly passed. Resolution 12 relating to changes to the long term incentive plan was withdrawn and, accordingly, was not put to shareholders.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2 a copy of the resolutions has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do
