Modern Water plc - Change of company secretary

Modern Water plc (LSE: MWG) announces today the appointment of Francis O'Neill as General Counsel and Company Secretary.
Mr O'Neill joins from The Linde Group (formerly The BOC Group) where he has held a number of positions over the past 18 years including General Counsel - Asia Pacific based in Sydney, and General Counsel - Legal Operations for the UK.
Commenting on the new appointment, Executive Chairman Neil McDougall, said: "It is with great pleasure that I welcome Francis to the Modern Water team. He joins at a key stage in the growth of Modern Water as we look to add to our portfolio of water-related technologies and seek new commercialisation opportunities for our existing IP.
