Innovator of ultra-low water cleaning system to exhibit revolutionary technology  to worldwide audience at industry conference June 20-22 in New Orleans

Manchester, New Hampshire (June 5, 2013) – Xeros, Inc., a subsidiary of Xeros Ltd., the UK-based innovator of an ultra-low water cleaning system, will formally showcase its revolutionary system to the worldwide commercial laundry market at the June 2013 Clean Show in New Orleans.
With installations underway in three distinct segments of the United States commercial laundry market – Hotel On Premise Laundry, Industrial Laundry and Retail Dry Cleaners - Xeros’ innovative bead-cleaning technology marks the future of both the commercial and residential laundry industries.
The 2013 Clean Show will be held June 20-22 at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, 900 Convention Center Boulevard, located steps away from the world-famous French Quarter. At Booth #4748, guests will have an opportunity to experience the Xeros technology firsthand and meet the creative minds behind the revolutionary cleaning system. In attendance will be Bill Westwater, Chief Executive Officer of Xeros Ltd., along with several of Xeros’ affirmation partners and industry supporters.
The Xeros System comprises a special washing machine designed to release polymer beads into the drum for cleaning, which then removes the beads from the clothes once the cleaning is complete. Utilizing at least 70% less water, 50% less energy and approximately 50% less detergent, the Xeros System delivers superior cleaning results compared to conventional washing. The polymer beads have a lifespan of hundreds of washes before being collected and recycled.
The Xeros System first entered the U.S. market at Manchester, NH’s Sterling Linen Services, a high-quality linen processing and rental service for area hotels, hospitals and restaurants. Xeros quickly followed by installing its next system at the Hyatt Regency Reston in Reston, VA, which began using Xeros’ proprietary bead cleaning solution for its guestrooms and restaurants. Then, in February 2013, the company extended its reach into the North American retail dry cleaning channel with the installment of a third unit at Crest Cleaners in Clifton, VA.
Through its extended use in North America, Xeros is proven to be more effective than traditional “soap and water” methods. By combining the polymer beads’ molecular structure with a proprietary detergent solution, the result is a superior cleaning system, even better than water. The dirt from soiled items is attracted and absorbed by the beads, producing cleaner results than aqueous washing methods.
Xeros has just begun revolutionizing the commercial laundry industry, with industrial and on-premise laundry markets validating the many benefits of the Xeros System. The 2013 Clean Show will provide stakeholders in the commercial laundry marketplace an exciting opportunity to experience the Xeros System firsthand and ultimately play an integral role in changing the way laundry gets done.
