Senior Compliance and Risk Manager
IP Group’s lead on operational risk and regulatory compliance with specific focus on senior team and board risk engagement, internal audit co-ordination and business resilience. Helen also holds the regulatory roles of Compliance Officer (SMF16) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (SMF17) for a Group corporate finance and fund management business authorised by the FCA in the UK. Helen qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013 while working in PwC’s Asset & Wealth Management practice in Dublin, Ireland.
