Lois has a strong passion for impact and equality. In addition to her role as a Venture Partner in the Deep Tech team, and Portfolio Manager of IP Venture Fund II, Lois is Chair of the Inclusion & Diversity Committee, member of the Responsible Investing Working Group and leads IP Group’s Women’s Network. Lois is also Co-founder of 3 Sisters Ventures (“3SV”) Collective, an angel network sponsored by IP Group, which invests in tech-enabled solutions empowering women and serving their overlooked needs.
Before moving to the VC space, Lois spent a decade in Investment Banking, where she executed deals totalling over $22 billion across public and private M&A, buy-side & sell-side transactions, defence mandates and debt & equity advisory. Prior roles include Executive Director in the UK Investment Banking Team at Goldman Sachs, and Vice President in the Technology M&A team at Rothschild. Lois has an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford, and is a CFA® charterholder.
