Simon Keen

Simon oversees the Group’s financial operations, covering internal and external financial reporting, FP&A, tax, and regulatory compliance. He works closely with senior leadership to provide insight that supports strategic decisions and ensures strong financial governance across the business.

Simon joined IP Group in 2022. Before that, he built a broad finance career at Babcock International Group plc, holding roles from head office to commercial positions. His responsibilities included reporting and compliance, responsibility for long-term contracts, FP&A, bidding and negotiations, within the airports businesses in the UK and Netherlands, and later in the Defence sector. Simon qualified as a Chartered Accountant after graduating from Bristol University.
