Angela Leach

Angela Leach has been with the Group since 2007 and is Group General Counsel and Company Secretary. Angela supports the Chair and the Board in ensuring high standards of Corporate Governance are applied both at Board level and throughout the Group structure. Angela acts as a trusted advisor to the Board and the Executive Team, and provides corporate and commercial legal support on a wide range of Group matters including public financings, acquisitions and strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining, Angela worked as a corporate lawyer at law firms CMS Cameron McKenna and Memery Crystal. Angela holds an BA Hons in Law from Birmingham University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Commercial Intellectual Property Law.
