Dr Caroline Brown

Dr Caroline Brown joined IP Group as Non-executive Director with effect from 1 July 2019. Dr Brown is currently Non-Executive Director of Luceco plc, W.A.G. Payment Solutions plc and Crown Agents Bank Limited. In addition, Dr Brown is a Non-Executive external member of the Clifford Chance Partnership Council. Her early career was spent in corporate finance with BAML (New York), UBS and HSBC, advising global corporations and governments and she is also experienced in managing early-stage companies and divisions of FTSE100 groups in the energy and technology sectors.

Dr Brown holds a First Class degree and PhD in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, a Masters of Business Administration from Bayes Business School, London and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
