Anthony York

As the Group People Director, Anthony is responsible for our organisation structure, resourcing and our employee experience. This includes responsibility for developing our culture, colleague engagement, inclusion & diversity, talent sourcing, learning and development and employee remuneration.  

 

Anthony joined the team in 2020, having previously worked in both in-house and consulting roles. He has a broad background across multiple sectors and geographies, and has led high performing teams in multiple sectors and geographies. His specialism is the development of an approach both people and culture, with a focus on structures that directly support commercial growth and shareholder value creation.
