We invest in transformative technologies that reshape the world, from fundamental physics to the algorithms that have a meaningful impact on everyday life.
Mal is an Investment Associate in the Deeptech team at IP Group. This team is focused on backing the pioneers creating novel technologies, from quantum to the digital transformation of data. In this role, he connects with founders, conducts sector deep dives, supports investments, and is an active Board Observer for several of our portfolio companies.
Mal holds a BSc Chemistry from the University of Bristol. He is accredited with the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) by the CFA and held a scholarship with the Newton Venture Program a joint venture from London Business School and LocalGlobe. He was also a Spring Intern at several banks including Goldman Sachs, Perella Weinberg Partners, and Bank of America.
