NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Ceres Power Holdings plc (AIM: CWR) announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Thursday 10 December 2020. The meeting will be held at the offices of DAC Beachcroft LLP, 25 Walbrook, London EC4N 8AF, commencing at 9am. However due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in line with the current UK Government restrictions on social gathering, we cannot allow shareholders to attend the AGM in person.
Shareholders may attend by webinar which will be recorded and be made available on the Company's website. Shareholders can participate in the AGM by submitting any questions on the business of the AGM and resolutions in advance by e-mail to [email protected] or by posting questions live on the AGM Webinar. Voting at the AGM will be on a poll, based on the proxy instructions received in advance of the meeting.
Shareholders are encouraged to attend the AGM virtually by signing into the AGM Webinar by following the link https://www.ceres.tech/2020-agm-registration/ and the AGM Webinar details will be sent to you nearer the AGM date.
Ceres Power confirms that copies of the Notice of AGM have been sent to shareholders. The Notice is available to view on the Company's website at https://www.ceres.tech/investors/documents-and-circulars/#circulars .
