Bramble Energy announces latest achievement in power density

16 Oct 2024

Bramble Energy is pleased to announce it’s latest milestone in PCBFC™ development. Having established a cost leadership pathway to scale with the existing PCB industry, Bramble is now producing success in further performance metrics.

Bramble’s PCBFC™ technology has now entered its third generation from inception with the latest focus on further increasing cost leadership and adding industry leading performance to its list of achievements.

With a volumetric density of 5.7 kW/L Bramble Energy has achieved an initial leap on its journey to a 2024 target power density of 7.5 kW/L. All within Bramble’s unique industry approach to design, development and manufacturing of hydrogen fuel cells. This latest milestone means Bramble is adding further target markets to its portfolio where volume sensitive use cases demand the highest possible powered densities.

Bramble Energy CEO, Dr Tom Mason commented “This is the latest milestone in the Bramble journey to not just have the most competitive technology in the industry but also add leadership in all performance metrics. 5.7 kW/L represents a huge team achievement and we’re not finished yet as we plan for over 7.5 kW/L by year end.”
