OQC Appoints Darko Stojkovic as Chief Operating Officer to Strengthen Global Leadership and Operational Scale-Up

OQC today announced the appointment of OQC Appoints Darko Stojkovic as Chief Operating Officer.
Darko joins OQC’s leadership team to drive the next stage of the company’s global expansion.
The move follows OQC’s announced expansion into the US and Board appointments, including Jack Boyer OBE as Chair and Sir Jeremy Fleming, former Director of GCHQ.
London, UK – 7 January 2026 – Oxford Quantum Circuits (OQC), a globally leading quantum computing company, today announced the appointment of Darko Stojkovic as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Darko joins OQC’s leadership team to drive the next stage of the company’s global expansion, operational excellence, and commercial scale-up as demand for quantum computing accelerates across markets.
Darko is a highly experienced international operations leader with a proven track record of scaling advanced manufacturing and complex supply chains across the UK, Europe and the United States. He most recently served as COO at Refeyn, where he guided the company through successful growth, and previously held senior COO and Managing Director roles at Keeler, Vestas, and Sterling Thermal Technology.
A recognised expert in lean manufacturing, automation, and digitalised production systems within regulated environments, Darko has built and led high-performing global teams known for their execution discipline, continuous improvement and customer focus. Darko holds a Doctorate in Engineering and completed the Cranfield Executive development programme, further strengthening his foundation in scaling deep-tech and industrial innovation.
